Our 7‑step carpet cleaning process
Inspect
We look over every area before we start and point out anything that needs extra attention.
Pretreat
Spots and heavy-traffic areas get pretreated first.
Prespray
A prespray goes over the whole carpet to break up dirt and oil.
Agitate
We brush or scrub the prespray into the fibers, depending on how soiled the carpet is.
Rinse and extract
Hot water is sprayed into the carpet and pulled right back out with the dirt, into a holding tank in our truck.
Groom
We brush the pile back up so the carpet looks and feels fresh.
Walk through
We walk the cleaned areas with you before we leave.
Pet stains and odors, treated below the surface
Deluxe and Premium include an odor neutralizer, and we'll talk through the right treatment for your carpet. Pet accidents soak below the surface, so a spot can come back and the smell can linger after the carpet looks clean. Tell us where the problem areas are when you book.

Some stains permanently change the carpet fibers and may not fully come out. We'll point those out during the pre-inspection so you know what to expect.

Choose Deluxe to add vacuuming, moving light furniture and one treatment: odor neutralizer for pet or musty smells, or Scotchgard™ protection for busy rooms. What if I have more than three rooms?
We'll price your whole home. Include your room count when you call or request a quote.
Do you move furniture?
Yes, Deluxe and Premium include moving light furniture. If you choose Economy, ask us about furniture when you book.
How long does carpet take to dry?
It depends on the carpet, the humidity and the airflow in your home. We'll give you an estimate when we're there.
Can you get out every stain?
We pretreat spots before cleaning. Stains that have permanently changed the fibers may not fully come out, and we'll tell you about those up front.
Do you clean carpet outside Jacksonville?
